A graduate of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport and a certified instructor in bodybuilding and fitness, Razvan Sindelaru has been dedicated to this sport since 1997. From being a challenge, he gradually transformed it into a way of life. Active as a sports teacher and a fitness instructor course trainer, Razvan is a multiple national and Balkan champion in fitness and a sports master.

**KHAI BO**
Khai-Bo is a cardio-based aerobic workout that involves combined punches and kicks inspired by martial arts, boxing, and kickboxing, performed to lively music. Introduced in the late '90s, the FIGHT KLUB concept is one of the most recognized forms of Studio Combat in England. Freestyle combat exercises work all muscle groups, increasing cardiovascular capacity, strength, endurance, and flexibility. The movements are fun and easy to execute, regardless of physical condition and training level. In a Khai Bo class, you can burn between 500 and 700 calories.
**BODY & TONE**
Body Tone is an intense workout designed to tone the muscles of the entire body. This class utilizes body weight, free movements, and specific accessories. It increases endurance and improves the practitioner's fitness level.
